1. Who we are

This privacy policy is for Arizona Party & Inflatable Rentals ("we," "us," "our"), a family-owned party rental business based in Mesa, AZ. The website at azpartyandinflatablerentals.com is operated by us. Contact: info@azpartyandinflatablerentals.com or (480) 997-4639.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us

  • Quote form data: name, phone, email, preferred language, event date, event type, city, estimated guests, items wanted, and any notes you include.
  • Contact form data: name, email, message subject, message content.
  • Booking-related communication: WhatsApp, SMS, or email content you send to us.
  • Rental contract data: delivery address, payment information (cash transactions don't generate stored card data; future card/Stripe payments will be processed by Stripe and we don't store card numbers ourselves).

Information collected automatically

  • Basic website analytics (when implemented): page views, browser type, general location at the city/region level. We don't track individuals across the web.
  • Cookies: functional cookies for the language switcher and quote-form pre-fill. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to quote requests and contact form submissions
  • Coordinate rentals (scheduling, delivery, pickup)
  • Send confirmations and follow-ups
  • Process payments
  • Improve the website (aggregated analytics only)

We don't use your information for:

  • Targeted advertising
  • Selling to third parties
  • Profiling
  • Anything you didn't reasonably expect when you contacted us

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with:

  • Service providers we use to operate the business: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Wix (website hosting), Vercel (operations app hosting), Stripe (future payment processing). These providers handle data on our behalf and have their own privacy commitments.
  • Legal requirements: if compelled by lawful court order or law enforcement, we may share information as required.

We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.

5. How long we keep it

  • Quote requests: stored as long as the rental is active plus 2 years for our records (tax/dispute resolution).
  • Completed rental records: stored 7 years for tax compliance.
  • Marketing communications: if we send any, you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Aggregated analytics: retained indefinitely in anonymized form.

6. Your rights

You can request:

  • A copy of the information we have about you
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt-out of any future marketing emails

7. Children's data

We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child submits a quote form, the assumption is that a parent/guardian is present and consenting. If you believe we've collected a child's data without consent, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

  • Encrypted database storage (Supabase)
  • HTTPS-only website
  • Limited internal access (only Carlos and Karielis access customer data)
  • No paper records of sensitive information

No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information seriously.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may store data in the United States. If you're outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The current version is always at azpartyandinflatablerentals.com/privacy-policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for 30 days.
