Why we started AZParty.
When friends and neighbors needed a bounce house for a kid's birthday or chairs for a quinceañera, Karielis kept noticing the same gap. The options were big chains that didn't speak Spanish, or one-off operators with no contract, no clear pricing, no real accountability. Nothing felt like the family-owned businesses we grew up with — the ones where the owners showed up themselves, knew your name, spoke your language.
So we built one.
We're a husband-and-wife operation based in Mesa. Karielis runs the day-to-day — the bilingual voice on WhatsApp, the person who shows up with the bounce house, the one who'll spend 20 minutes making sure everything's set up safely before leaving. The systems behind the scenes — quotes, scheduling, contracts — keep the operation running so the customer-facing side stays personal.
We're not the biggest party rental company in Phoenix. We're the one that picks up the phone in either language, shows up on time, and treats every event like it's our own.

Bilingual from the first message
Whatever language you reach out in — English or español — that's the language everything happens in. Quote, contract, WhatsApp messages, delivery day, follow-up.
No deposit at booking
Your reservation is locked in with a signed contract. We collect a $50 refundable security deposit at delivery — and return it after pickup.
We deliver, set up, pick up
We bring everything, set it up safely, and come back to pick up after the event. You don't lift anything heavy.

Cancel up to 7 days
If something changes more than a week before your event, you get a full refund. 72 hours = 50%. Inside 48 hours = the deposit covers our held inventory.
