Booking
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend events and holidays. We can sometimes accommodate same-week or same-day requests — call (480) 997-4639 and we'll do our best.
How do I reserve my rental?
Send us a quote request through our website, call us, or message us on WhatsApp. We'll confirm availability, send you a contract, and your booking is locked in once you sign.
Do I need to pay a deposit at booking?
No. Your reservation is held with a signed contract — no money is required upfront. A $50 refundable security deposit is collected only at delivery and returned after we pick up.
What's your cancellation policy?
- 7+ days before your event → full refund
- 72 hours before → 50% refund
- Within 48 hours → deposit forfeited
Delivery & setup
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver across Phoenix metro from our Mesa home base: Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Phoenix, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction. If you're nearby and not on this list, message us — we may be able to accommodate.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes — a flat $15 delivery fee covers our service area. If you're outside the standard zone, we'll quote distance separately.
What time do you deliver?
We typically deliver 1–2 hours before your event start time and pick up the same evening or the next morning. Exact timing is confirmed when you book.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. Our team handles full delivery and setup for inflatables, tables, chairs, and table covers. You don't lift a finger — just point us where things go.
What does the setup site need?
For inflatables: a flat, level area at least 3 feet larger than the bounce house on each side, no overhead obstructions (trees, wires), and a power outlet within 50 feet (we bring the extension cord and blower).
Can you set up on grass, concrete, or in a garage?
Grass is best. Concrete works with extra anchoring (we bring sandbags). Garages can work for smaller setups if there's enough headroom — message us with details.
Inflatables
How big are your bounce houses?
We have two: a Pink Bounce House (15×15×15 ft) and a Rainbow Bounce House (14×14×14 ft). Both fit standard backyards comfortably.
How many kids can be in the bounce house at once?
Up to 6–8 kids depending on age and size. We provide capacity guidelines at delivery and an adult should always supervise.
What if it rains?
Inflatables can't safely operate in rain or sustained winds over 15 mph. If the forecast looks bad, we'll work with you to reschedule — no penalty if weather forces a change with at least 24 hours notice.
Do you sanitize the inflatables between rentals?
Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
What's the age range for the bounce houses?
Typically ages 3–12. Younger kids should bounce with adult supervision in a separate session from older kids.
Pricing
How much does a bounce house rental cost?
We quote each rental individually based on your event date, location, and any add-ons (chairs, tables). Submit a quote request and we'll respond within 24 hours.
How much are chair rentals?
Resin white chairs are $3.10 each, or $37 flat for 24 or more (our most popular package).
How much are table rentals?
8-foot folding tables are $9 each. White table covers available too.
Do you offer packages?
Yes — we put together combos for common events (birthday, quinceañera, graduation). Submit a quote and tell us your event type — we'll suggest a package.
Can I rent only chairs and tables (no inflatable)?
Absolutely. Chairs and tables can be rented standalone for any event.

We're based in Mesa, Arizona — a family-owned operation serving the East Valley.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, fully. Karielis is your primary point of contact and handles everything in Spanish. WhatsApp, calls, contracts, and delivery — all in the language you prefer.
Are you a local family business?
Yes. We're Carlos and Karielis, a husband-and-wife team based in Mesa. We started AZParty to bring fully bilingual, family-friendly party rentals to our East Valley neighbors.
